With over 25 years of project management experience and 18 years in health and safety leadership, Brett leads Osprey Solent with a clear vision for excellence and innovation. His career spans multiple high-risk industries—including construction, defence, telecommunications, and retail—where he has delivered transformative safety initiatives, helped organisations embed compliance into their culture, and championed continual improvement.

As Managing Director, Brett is responsible for strategic leadership, client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of delivery across all services. He is also an accredited ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and has led numerous successful safety programmes and award-winning projects across the UK.

 

Lee Matthews

Operations Director
TechIOSH, AIFSM, MIIAI

Lee brings over two decades of field and leadership experience in construction, utilities, and telecommunications. Starting his career in civils and evolving into a senior health and safety role, Lee has led complex, high-risk operations involving deep excavations, high-voltage works, and substation refurbishments. His approach is pragmatic, people-focused, and driven by behavioural safety.

As Operations Director, Lee oversees operational delivery, operational compliance, and business systems development. He is passionate about simplifying safety management, driving culture change, and empowering teams through training and clear communication.
